Co-op hosts 19th Annual Holiday Gift Drive for local kids

Co-op members and the public are invited to join Polk-Burnett employees and directors by donating new, unwrapped Christmas presents for local children. Donations will be collected November 23 through December 7 at Polk-Burnett offices in Siren and Centuria during office hours.

“The spirit of giving is always strong during our holiday gift drive,” said Joan O’Fallon, Polk-Burnett communications director. “While the holidays are a festive time, we know they can be tough for some of our neighbors. Thanks to the generosity of our co-op board, employees, members and friends like you, we can make the season bright for local kids. Every donation makes a difference.”

“The holidays are a time for gratitude and looking out for one another,” said Polk-Burnett General Manager Steve Stroshane. “As your local electric cooperative, we’re here to keep the lights on and make life better for the communities we serve. From all of us at Polk-Burnett, we wish you a happy holiday season.”
