Request Appearance at a Board Meeting

The board of directors hold regularly scheduled monthly board meetings to transact the business affairs of Polk-Burnett Electric Cooperative. Any person other than directors, management, employees and invited guests requesting to attend a board of director's meeting must make a written request.

Policy BD-3:  Appearance by Members or Others at Regular Board Meetings describe the process of attending a regular monthly board meeting.  Please refer to the policy and complete and submit the form for consideration.

Request Cooperative Records

Any request (other than records that can be found on the cooperative's website, such as rate schedules, annual audit, bylaws, board meeting minute summaries, published policies, newsletter) shall be made in writing using the Member Request for Cooperative Records form.

Policy M-24:  Member Requests for Cooperative Records provides the rules and procedures to be followed in response to a member request for cooperative records pursuant to the law.  Please refer to the policy and complete and submit the form for consideration.
