Thursday, July 2 -  Control event  today from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. for participating air conditioners,
air source & geothermal heat pumps, & mini-splits.  Cycling on/off in 15 minute cycles.  Some
participating miscellaneous loads may also be affected.  Participating Irrigation & grain drying systems 
and dairy water heaters will be controlled for the full time frame.
